Happy New Year!!!! And the New Year will seem even more joyful to you if you visit the House with a Mezzanine on Lazhechnikova Street. That’s exactly how happy we felt today when we entered this cozy cafe. A decorated Christmas tree, New Year's surroundings: we spent 4 hours here, comfortably seated on comfortable sofas. When we go to this place, we, first of all, know that we will communicate in a relaxed atmosphere and have a very tasty meal. Today, a hit for us was a salad with arugula, beets and mozzarella with pine nuts, mushrooms and berry cheesecake. They arrived before dark and left long after it was dark. Yes, just the view from the window is worth it! Festive illustration, snow and frost outside the window, and we are under a cozy lampshade with hot tea in pleasant company.... We visited the establishment on 08/12/2023. The first time we came at 17.00, the girl waitress, I think Sophia, with glued eyelashes and basma-dyed hair, told us at the entrance that there were no places, and the hall was more than half empty. For the first time in my life, my husband and I were refused service, and I was also pregnant, I think because it was raining and I was wearing my husband’s sweatshirt over my dress. I wonder if the owner of the establishment knows that he employs “narrow-minded” waitresses? Then we called and booked for 19.15, because... We planned the place for dinner when we left Moscow and had no intention of giving up, although there was, of course, a precipitate. We arrived at 19.05, the same person met us, but (probably because I took off my sweatshirt) already meeting us, she asked “Are we together?”, not even interested in the reservation or if we came that way. The food is delicious, the menu is varied, our waitress was nice. When I went to choose a dessert in the refrigerator window (there are no desserts on the menu), I stood there and couldn’t decide on the choice for a couple of minutes (pregnancy), a girl, like an administrator, loudly said, “come up to the girl, otherwise she will just stand by the window.” , this hurt me too. Why can't you stand? In short, in Kolomna there are a lot of restaurants with really excellent service, but here there is no real service. Don't set foot here again! I have never felt so unpleasant and offended. In Moscow, of course, this would be punishable - refusal to serve a pregnant woman without reason. I was reading reviews now specifically and found two more about denial of service over the past month.

I am very glad that such a wonderful place appeared in Kolomna. It's cozy, delicious, comfortable! I bring all my guests here. And everyone is always satisfied with both the menu and the service. I especially want to mention the waiter Andrey, who served us the last time. Flawless work! Thank you! It is difficult to recommend anything specific from the menu, everything is delicious: veal medallions, and classic julienne, and julienne with chicken, and julienne from 3 types of fish (there is one like that!), And pike cutlets, and pike perch in a creamy caviar sauce. Everything we ordered was DELICIOUS! And for those with a sweet tooth, I recommend poppy seed cake. Although all the other desserts are also on top. The most important advice: book a table in advance, there is almost always a full house! By the way, well-deserved, and not because it's a lively place!

We visited Kolomna on July 30-31, 2023. We decided to celebrate a relative’s birthday and chose the Dom with Mezzanine restaurant. Wonderful place! We were a group of 7 people. We ordered everything different, and everything was very tasty! I liked everything - the food, the decor, the atmosphere, the service! Many thanks to the waiter Andrey! He served us very elegantly and delicately! I really liked everything! We want to come back here again! Very nice place!
